Culinary in the Weisses Roessl.
Culinary delights are our priority
Gourmets get their money’s worth in Kitzbühel, because in addition to exquisite partners, the hotel’s own restaurant zuma offers Japanese cuisine of the very highest quality.
Zuma x Kitzbühel
Zuma was founded by chef Rainer Becker in London in 2002 and offers its guests Japanese cuisine of the highest quality.
The Zuma kitchen essentially consists of three different components: the main kitchen with a selection of contemporary dishes, the sushi bar and the robata grill. Inspired by the great success of the fine dining concept, Zuma restaurants have now opened in major cities such as Hong Kong, Dubai, New York, Rome and Istanbul.
Zuma Bar
When the evening mood settles over the snow-covered Gamsstadt, our bar in the zuma restaurant becomes one of the city’s meeting places every day. Here you can expect first-class drinks, lovingly prepared cocktails, sparkling champagne, excellent wines and cool lounge music. There is no better way to start a glamorous evening in Kitzbühel and/or, of course, to end it at night.

Restaurant Neuwirt
Traditional and modern, classic and invigorating, healthy and vital. We are NEUwirt!
The newly inspired concept at the Neuwirt ranges from vegetarian cuisine and energy cuisine to the perfect steak and traditional Tyrolean cuisine and offers everything a gourmet’s heart desires. You will be whisked away on a very special flight of fancy with culinary and regional specialties.
Entrust your palate to Jürgen Kleinhappl, formerly Austria’s youngest star chef, and head chef Alexander Knelle and broaden your culinary horizons. Hostess and sommelier Martina Feyrsinger and her entire team look forward to creating unique moments with you.
The trendy Secret Bar, which cleverly connects the Hotel Schwarzer Adler with the Neuwirt, invites the international public to enjoy wonderful and enjoyable hours in a fascinating ambience. A special highlight is the “Espresso Martini” – a perfect start to dinner or as the end of the day and a pick-me-up for a night-time stroll through wintry Kitzbühel.
Berggasthof Sonnbühel
Not only nature lovers have always been spoiled on the Sonnbühel terrace not far from the top station of the Hahnenkamm cable car with many hours of sunshine and the magnificent view over the Kitzbühel mountains – the terrace with its inviting sun loungers and the snow bar are considered a meeting place for people from all over the world and “party people” of all ages get their money’s worth with an exuberant atmosphere. Sonnbühel has built up a well-deserved first-class reputation over the decades, and it is no coincidence that celebrity chef Eckart Witzigmann counted the local cuisine “among the best over 1,000 meters”. Sonnbühel is regarded as the pinnacle of indulgence: the special location and exquisite culinary delights transform eating from a simple basic necessity into a true experience for all the senses.
