Zuma, founded in London in 2002 and the brainchild of chef Rainer Becker, features modern Japanese cuisine that is authentic but not traditional. The menu showcases a variety of dishes from its three kitchens: the main kitchen, the sushi counter and the robata grill. Zuma has garnered international acclaim which resulted in international openings in the world’s most cosmopolitan cities such as Hong Kong, Dubai, New York, Rome and Istanbul to name a few.
