Thomas Brecher new Executive Chef

In December 2009, Thomas Brecher followed Alexander Stockl as Executive Chef at the Weisses Rössl Kitzbühel.

Thomas Brecher started his career in Paris and worked for world-famous chefs in Nice, Munich and Brussels. After running through a diet-cooking qualification programme, the Tyrolese combines the classical French Cuisine with healthy ingrediants to a special "Gourmet Vital Cuisine", that features a great variety of flavours and finesse.

Executive Chef Thomas Brecher is also responsible for the culinary delights in the hotel´s fine dining restaurant "VELVET".
